Contract and Guarantee
Rainbow Farms guarantees this puppy to be in good health, however, you should take it your veterinarian with 72 hours for a complete examination.
If your veterinarian finds the dog to be in good health, or if you have not had the dog checked by your vet. within 72 hours, the seller will assume no further responsibility. Should your vet. find the dog to not be healthy within three days of the inception of this contract, you may either exchange for a similair dog or puppy or let the seller tke it to the sellers vet. for treatment at the sellers expense up to the sellers price of the dog or puppy. If you prefer to keep the dog and let your vet. treat it, the expense will be yours. This puppy is guaranteed for the first year against genetic defects.
Be sure to contact your veterinarian about immunizations, etc. immediately, as they will need follow-up shots. Remember, your puppy needs time to adjust. DON'T MAKE IT SICK BY PLAYING WITH IT TOO MUCH.
This contract must be signed by Customer and returned within 10 days or contract will be void.
