Shih Tzu
These dogs are very active, lively and alert, with a distinctly arrogant carriage. Both friendly and independent. All colors are allowed and a white blaze on the forehead and white tip to the tail are highly desirable in parti-colors. Average size 10-18 lbs.

This is a small but sturdy breed, slightly longer than it is high with a profusely feathered tail. The soft, silky coat is wavy or slightly curled and should not be scissored into shape. This breed has a friendly, outgoing temperament and is lively, affectionate and intelligent. Average size 7-13 lbs. Height 9-11 in.
